Domaine Mélaric is a young estate, established in 2006, with some top vineyards on the limestone soils in Saumur, near Puy Notre Dame. Aymeric and Mélanie work entirely according to the principles of natural wine without additives, using natural yeasts, ageing in wood and tanks, no filtering, and minimal amounts of sulfites at bottling. Their wines are particularly pure in terms of fruit and possess a delightful finesse.

This natural sparkling wine is from 100% Chenin from clay-limestone soil on white tufa rock. Direct pressing gives a pinkish colour, the bubbles are pure natural. Bottled without filtering nor added SO2. The wine has fine bubbles and concentrated fruit on the nose and palate.
