The Sette Cammini by Maccario Dringenberg is a boundary wine in every sense of the term. Crafted from Rossese grapes harvested from vines reclaimed in a small vineyard at 550 meters above sea level, it is located in the Mortola Superiore hamlet of Ventimiglia, on a Ligurian pre-Alpine ridge between Colle Belenda and Monte Grammondo.

The Sette Cammini is a wine literally wrested from both mountain and sea, a unique product that with the 2021 harvest has reached its second vintage.
Its aromas are fresh and fruity, with vegetal and ever-changing notes of wild berries, mountain herbs, and spices, foreshadowing an elegant, balanced, and flavorful sip. It pairs splendidly with a dish of pappardelle with rabbit ragù.
