50% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 50% Merlot from north-west facing vineyard. Hand harvest in late September – early October, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at max 28°C with further maceration on Ribo’ (ripasso) skins and then maturation in used oak 500-litre barrels. This is a very nice wine with delicious dark fruit, a full-bodied flavour and long finish. Unbeatable at this price!
