Frédéric Savart Champagne Extra Brut Les Pinots V15.16

Special release from Frédéric Savart, a fifty-fifty blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier from the 2015 and 2016 vintages. Red fruit on the nose, cranberries and red currants with a hint of smoke and an earthy touch, a dash of nuts and vanilla, particularly pleasant. On the palate, red fruit again combines with a pleasant touch of brioche and more minerality on the finish. Disgorged with 1gr/l dosage, only 4,000 bottles made.
