The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within a period of 14 calendar days, unless otherwise provided, given that the right of withdrawal applies to the good or service ordered by the customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of its decision to withdraw from the contract in a timely manner by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail).

All prices on the webshop include VAT as valid in the country where you are located (geolocation).

In the UK and Switzerland, we show prices excluding taxes and VAT because these have to be paid to DHL before delivery.
