We ensure safe shipping of your wines in specially designed boxes that can hold up to 12 bottles, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
No, we only deliver within the European Union. This allows us to guarantee fast and reliable delivery within our region.
If a wine under €20 (excl. VAT) is sold out and a new vintage is available, the new vintage will be sent automatically. For more expensive wines, we will always contact you first.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is on its way, you will receive another email with a track & trace link. This allows you to easily track your package until delivery.
If you want to make a change, please contact us by e-mail or phone as soon as possible. We will be happy to see if adjustments are still possible.
