75% Cabernet-Franc and 25% Cabernet-Sauvignon are dried for 10 to 14 days after the late harvest. After a temperature-controlled fermentation with long maceration, the wine goes into oak barrels for 12 months with at least 10 more months in bottle. This is a solid lad with a dry extract of no less than 39gr./l, values you'd rather expect from Amarone. A very powerful, complex wine at a truly insane price for this quality.
