Château Brun-Despagne Héritage Bordeaux Supérieur 2018
This "simple" Bordeaux is made like a great wine: 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, 40-year-old vines in a 5ha small vineyard on sandy-gravelly soil. Manual harvest, sorting table, cold maceration, fermentation in small concrete cuves, 12 to 18 months ageing in barriques of which 20% are new, in short, work has been done!
