Château de Saint Cosme Côtes-du-Rhône Deux Albion 2020
Deux Albion is almost the antithesis of the concept of "climat" or wine from a single specific place. Instead, it is a co-fermentation of different grape varieties and terroirs. This unique wine, made from Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Clairette, undergoes whole-cluster fermentation for up to six weeks, followed by at least a year of aging in wooden and concrete vats. The result is a deep-colored wine with a complex bouquet and a rich, full-bodied taste. It far exceeds its appellation. Give it some time to rest in the bottle, and enjoy it for the next 10 to 15 years!
