Frédéric Savart Champagne Extra Brut Ephimère 016 Cœur de Rosé
Frédéric Savart has once again joined forces with Champagne Dremont Père et Fils to create Cuvée Ephémère 016. Dremont Père & Fils is a Champagne wine merchant and distributor based in Sillery. The Éphémère cuvée is the result of the collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Père & Fils. Éphémère 016 marks the sixteenth edition of this cuvée.
This rosé Champagne is composed of 30% Chardonnay Premier Cru, 56% Pinot Noir Premier Cru, and 14% red wine from Verzenay and Sermiers. The blend consists of 85% of the 2016 harvest and 15% of the 2015 harvest.
The cuvée has been aged for 5 years on laths and dosed at 2 g/L Extra-Brut after disgorgement in July 2022.
