Gloednieuw domein (eerste wijn in 2013) in Chablis met wijngaarden in toplocaties. Prachtig gevinifiëerde zuivere wijnen, rijk en vol maar droog met lange, mineralige afdronk. De ambitie van Elodie is hoog en de eerste resultaten zijn alvast spectaculair! Volgende jaren komen er nog enkele premier en ook Grand Cru wijnen bij. Geproefd naast wijnen van zeer gereputeerde domeinen houden hun wijnen zich meer dan staande, to say the least! Wat een hoog kwalitatief niveau weten deze jonge mensen na amper 2 jaar al te bereiken, werkelijk een prachtdomein!
Een licht “botertje” door de passage op hout, citrus ook, complex, volle, mineralige smaak en op de afdronk weer de bijna zoutig-mineralige toets.Heerlijke premier cru!
Neal Martin (Vinous): (over 2017) "The 2015 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru has a striking flintiness on a nose that is very marine influenced, touches of shucked oyster shell and seaweed developing in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a nicely poised entry, taut and linear in context of the vintage, and it gently fans out on the lightly spiced, flinty finish. Very fine." 92/100
