Sourced from the "Navone" vineyard on the southeast shore of Lake Seneca with a terroir of gravel and clay on slate. Harvested in late October and fermented in used oak barrels, aged "sur lie" for 9 months. At only 12% alcohol, it is a very intense, shimmering, mineral wine with great concentration of aromas and long finish. A great Riesling!
James Molesworth (Wine Spectators): “This is very pure and focused, with a honeysuckle edge and a piercing core of white peach, star fruit and yellow apple flavors, all backed by a racy quinine echo on the finish."92/100
