Inevitable wines is a combination of new age thinking, creativity and balance. Neville Lotz is a producer who focuses on small batch barrel selection, limited production, hand made artisan wines. Inevitable is not only a play on his name but also a statement to what you can find inside the bottle.
100% Chardonnay from vineyards in Stellenbosch, Polkedraai, Devon Valley and Helderberg, barrel fermented and aged in barrel for 12 months. Aromas of white peach with slight hints of apple and a savory "fynbos" finish. Only 1185 bottles made, 12,5% alc.
