From pure Premier Cru vineyards. Dosage 3gr/l, 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay. After tirage still minimum 60 months sur lattes. Very nice, complex Champagne from one of the pioneers in bio(dynamism) in the region. This is vendanges 2015, Dégorgement May 2021.
Leclerc-Briant is not well known yet, but an absolute top producer with crystal clear, complex, intense Champagnes, much of which are bio(dynamic) and vegan. All their Champagnes deserve some bottle ageing.
