After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees in the same barrels for another 8 months before bottling. Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The bouquet is intense, very complex, with spicy hints. In the mouth it is warm, full, very elegant and complex. A great wine that can mature for a long time in the bottle.
