Deceptive at first because of its translucent color, the 2016 is a deep Gran Selezione loaded with character. Sweet red cherry, lavender, mint and rose petal are some of the many aromas and flavors that develop. If opened young I suggest giving the 2016 at least a few hours of aeration, as it really blossoms with time.
