Curious to explore another side of Grenache? Why not try it in white! This red grape is vinified as a white wine here, with a touch of macerated Clairette. "Blanc de noir" and "Noir de blanc" – quite the adventure! Young Grenache vines vinified as white wine, blended with a bit of white and pink Clairette. The grapes are hand-harvested early, immediately pressed, and partially aged in oak barrels. A playful twist on grape colors, fruity and fresh with tangy acidity perfect with goat cheese, fish, white meat, or as an aperitif.

Florence en Olivier Leriche delen een passie voor landbouw en wijn. Na verdiepende studies in Bordeaux en Dijon beheerden ze 13 jaar lang Domaine de l’Arlot in Nuits-St-Georges. In 2005 keerden ze terug naar hun roots in de Rhônevallei en ontdekten in Saint-Marcel d’Ardèche een ideale groep wijngaarden. In 2011 richtten ze Domaine des Accoles op, met focus op biodynamische en natuurlijk gevinifieerde wijnen. Ze creëren pure terroirwijnen, uitsluitend van monocépages en field blends. De wijnen rijpen op oude vaten van Domaine de l’Arlot en krijgen daarna een lange rustperiode ‘en masse’ voor stabilisatie.
