This effect does not last long because the more you contemplate the bouquet, the more you are made aware of its delicate and fine nature. There are blue fruit aromas backed by very pretty tones of crushed mineral, ash and pressed violets. The mouthfeel is broad and persistent, albeit less dense or rich compared to past vintages.
