Dieci 10 Vendemmie Limited Edition Bianco is an exclusive white wine from Abruzzo, made from 100% Pecorino and crafted from ten different vintages. This unique limited edition by Tenuta Ulisse combines freshness, depth, and elegance in one exceptional cuvée.
The wine opens with floral aromas, citrus, exotic fruit, and subtle hints of sage. On the palate, it reveals ripe fruit, lively acidity, and a rich mineral finish with touches of tropical fruit. Part of the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques, adding extra complexity and structure.
Perfect with fish dishes, shellfish, risotto, white meat, and creamy cheeses.
