A selection of the domain's oldest vines, mainly in lieu-dit ‘Pargues’ at Préhy. Broader and fuller than the ‘ordinary’ Chablis with some riper fruit and a touch of butter even and a nice dry-salty finish. Almost at premier cru level!

A brand-new estate (first wine in 2013) in Chablis, with vineyards in top locations. Beautifully vinified, pure wines—rich and full-bodied yet dry, with a long, mineral finish. Élodie’s ambition is high, and the first results are already spectacular! In the coming years, additional Premier Cru and even Grand Cru wines will be introduced. Tasted alongside wines from highly reputed estates, theirs more than hold their own—to say the least! The quality level these young winemakers have achieved in just two years is truly remarkable—an exceptional estate!

"The 2017 Chablis Vieilles Vignes has a typical bouquet for this vintage, the gunflint and cold, wet limestone scents initially reserved but opening with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with a fresh green apple and citrus opening. Zippy acidity and good focus here. A little short and sharp on the finish, but it leaves a pleasant saline aftertaste.
