Undoubtedly the most representative expression of Bonville’s style, the Brut Grand Cru cuvée serves as both a benchmark and a standard for our production. It perfectly embodies our vision of Côte des Blancs Blanc de Blancs: remarkable finesse and elegance, with beautiful minerality wrapped in a silky texture.
The first aromas reveal delicate white flowers, unfolding into notes of white peach and grapefruit. The energy of this blend sets the rhythm of the tasting, while a lingering saline finish extends the experience for several seconds. The wine’s finesse and tension make it an ideal choice as an aperitif or paired with seafood, enhancing its iodine-infused harmony. A Blanc de Blancs that never fails to impress.
