1 ha in climat “Très Girard”, begin deze eeuw herplant, geeft toch reeds een echte Morey. De druiven worden volledig ontrist, waarna een koude maceratie van 3 tot 5 dagen volgt en een fermentatie van 18 tot 20 dagen in temperatuur gecontroleerde inox cuves. De wijn rijpt dan nog 16 maanden in eiken vaten waarvan 30% nieuwe. Deze typerende Morey kan reeds heerlijk gedronken worden en nog jaren verder rijpen. Zeer mooie, fruitige, hedonistische Bourgogne!
