Château Marsyas 2015

Beautiful, powerful but fresh wine from Lebanon’s Békaa valley. The vineyards are at around 1000m altitude on a terroir of limestone with a layer of clay-lime. The blend is 50% Sauvignon and 50% Chardonnay. This gives a very aromatic, mineral wine with notes of citrus and white fruit, a powerful, full-bodied taste and very long finish on the briny side. Particularly beautiful wine!
