This natural wine is produced without any additives. It really emphasizes the pure and mineral Chablis fruit.

Jasper Morris: “More yellow to the colour. Nose more of grape skins than clear Chablis minerals. Bottled without sulphur not fined nor filtered. More spritz here, deliberately. Dances on the palate and I rediscover the Chablis style which was missing on the nose. Bottled in May direct from tank, neither fined nor filtered. Very cheerful – exactly the same as the mainline Chablis. This would be the aperitif version for me.” 89/100
