With the addition of new plots is the ‘En Auvonne’ replaced with this Cuvée Saint-Urbain. It is a very accessible, flavorful Aligoté with a crystal-clear bouquet, a nice mid-palate with perfect acidity and a good finish, suitable for seafood.

Inside Burgundy: “Bottled in September. Made from various plots in Marsannay, Morey and Savigny. Also quite a pronounced mid lemon yellow, with a similar reduction. Clean and clear cut with increasing white fruit energy further back on the palate. Fresh pear drops, with persistence. Lovely. Drink from 2024-2026.” ****
