Es Chezots is a bit higher up the slope in the “Combe” and is therefore slightly cooler, more ventilated. A very perfumed wine with a nose of red berries and wild strawberries and a hint of roses. A nice, semi-full palate with some tension a touch of tannin on the finish.

Inside Burgundy: “A lively deep purple. Further up the slope, so a slightly more limestone impression to the nose. Good acidity, some alpine strawberry notes, a little drier at the finish as the stems show through. Pretty but less convincing. Drink from 2024-2028.
