Misschien is “Les Boudots” wel de mooiste premier cru van Nuits-Saint-Georges… en van het domein. Een perfect gelegen perceel, beplant met 40-jarige stokken en dezelfde vinificatie als beide premiers cru's uit Vosne resulteert in een iets donkerdere wijn, meer type blauw fruit en wat steviger structuur met een mooi evenwicht. Een werkelijk prachtige Nuits van misschien wel de beste wijngaard van deze gemeente!
