Gelegen vlakbij het bekende Château de Pommard en enkel door de weg van Beaune naar Pommard gescheiden van premier cru “Les Epenots”.
Jasper Morris: “30% whole bunch vinification, one third new wood. Bright ripe purple. A heavenly purple, with heady ripe raspberries sprinkled with a little cream from the barrel. The tannins come up behind but they are refined and the fruit retains a red character. Good acidity. This will make a fine village Pommard with five plus years in bottle.”
