This wine comes from purchased grapes from a winemaker friend in a prime location in Montagny with a soil of clay on limestone. After fermentation, the wine matures in demi-muids. A lovely bouquet with stone fruit on the nose and a creamy midpalate where the underlying saltiness makes everything stay fresh with an energetic finish.
