Frédéric Savart Champagne Extra Brut Ephimère 016 Cœur de Rosé

Frédéric Savart has once again teamed up with Champagne Dremont Père et Fils to create Cuvée Ephémère 016. Dremont Père & Fils is a Champagne wine merchant and distributor based in Sillery. The Éphémère cuvée is the result of a collaboration between Fréderic Savart and Drémont Père & Fils. Éphémère 016 is the sixteenth edition to be produced.
This rosé champagne is made from 30% Chardonnay Premier Cru, 56% Pinot Noir Premier Cru and 14% red wine from Verzenay and Sermiers. It is a blend of the 2016 harvest (85%) with the 2015 harvest (15%).
This cuvée has been aged for 5 years on laths and dosed at 2 g/L Extra-Brut after disgorgement in July 2022.
