Inevitable wines is a combination of new age thinking, creativity and balance. Neville Lotz is a producer who focuses on small batch barrel selection, limited production, hand made artisan wines. Inevitable is not only a play on his name but also a statement to what you can find inside the bottle.
Blanc Fumé is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc, barrel fermented and aged in barrel for 12 months. A fresh wine with scents of lemon curd and melon that continue in the taste with lemon and lime, floral notes and peach ending in a mineral finish. Only 1100 bottles made, 12% alc.
