100% Chardonnay from vineyards in Stellenbosch, Polkedraai, Devon Valley and Helderberg, barrel fermented and aged in barrel for 12 months. Aromas of white peach with slight hints of apple and a savory “fynbos” finish. Only 1185 bottles made, 12,5% alc.
