In this vintage of great classicism for Beaujolais, in which the terroirs express themselves wonderfully, Fabien Duperray wanted to show that Chénas was capable of the best. So, in addition to his Cuvée Jugement Dernier, he has created this “provocative tribute” to a tender piece of wine that fools might have missed! Full-bodied, peppery and sharp, it will defy time.
