Besides Beaujolais Gamays, Jules Desjourneys, Fabien Duperray’s winery, has also been producing a Pinot Noir for four years. Pinot Noir is not allowed in Beaujolais and so ‘SONGE’ comes as Vin de France. Since 2007, he has been producing Gamay in Beaujolais and more recently Chardonnay in Mâconnais. This “Songe” comes from parcels of granite, clay and limestone in the Pierres Dorées.
