Le Piane Blanko 2021

βιαηκΩ is the new white from Le Piane. From Erbaluce grapes, but completely different from the better-known Erbaluce di Caluso. For this wine, the grapes are picked at full ripeness and after fermentation, it undergoes an ageing in wooden barrels. It is a fabulously beautiful, full-bodied, layered, powerful wine, but with a wonderfully refreshing mineral finish. Already a hype in Italy!
