Leclerc Briant Champagne Réserve Brut

With a dosage of 4.5gr/l), this is actually already an Extra Brut. From 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and, after tirage in July, aged for at least 30 months sur lattes. Very nice Champagne from one of the pioneers in bio(dynamism) in the region. This version is based on vendanges 2018, degorgement in December 2021.
Leclerc-Briant is not well known yet, but an absolute top producer with crystal clear, complex, intense Champagnes, much of which are bio(dynamic) and vegan. All their Champagnes deserve some bottle ageing.
