50% Moscato Giallo and 50% Garganega, dried for 90 days in the style of a Recioto so. The wine then matures for a year in oak barrels and 10 months in bottle before release. It is a fragrant, exceptionally delicious and sophisticated after-dinner wine, perfect with local almond biscuits, fruit, with cheese or just to enjoy on its own!
